You are invited to participate in the 2026 Energy HPC & AI Conference through our technical program, lightning talks, and poster session.

Submit an Abstract: Accepted abstracts will be asked to deliver a 20 minute presentation, including Q&A, as part of the conference program on February 24-25, 2026. View the link below to learn more about topics of interest for this year's technical talk program.

Submit a Poster: We are now accepting poster proposals for the Poster Presentation Reception at the conference, scheduled for the afternoon of February 25, 2026. Poster submissions are open to students and postdoctoral researchers. Students and postdoctoral researchers (non-industry) can also apply to present a poster as a lightning talk (5 minutes) in the main auditorium before the poster session starts. Accepted posters and lightning talk presenters will be notified by individually via email, but please reach out to the conference organizers at kenkennedy@rice.edu if you need advance notice to prepare for travel or visa requirements.
