Conference Participation
You are invited to participate in the 2025 Energy High Performance Computing Conference through our technical program and poster presentation reception.
Submit an Abstract: Accepted abstracts will be asked to deliver a 20-25 minute presentation, including Q&A, as part of the conference program on February 25-26, 2025. View the link below to learn more about topics of interest for this year's technical talk program.

December 18: Abstract Acceptance Notice
Submit a Poster: We are now accepting poster proposals for the Poster Presentation Reception at the conference, scheduled for the afternoon of February 26, 2025. Poster submissions are open to students and postdocs from all universities. Accepted posters will be notified by January 31, but please reach out to kenkennedy@rice.edu upon applying if you need advance notice to prepare for travel or visa requirements.
