3) Where can I park?

Guests staying in nearby hotels are encouraged to walk, take complimentary hotel shuttles, or utilize rideshare programs to get to the conference venue. For guests wanting to park onsite, there is an underground parking garage at the BRC facility with a $12 daily maximum. The BRC Garage entrance is off of Dryden Rd. Please note that parking in the underground garage is limited and not guaranteed.

The payment method for the BRC Garage is via CREDIT CARD: At the garage entrance, insert a credit card to enter through the gate. You will not be charged until exiting the gate; your card acts as a placeholder. Park in an available space then take the elevator to the first floor of the BRC. When leaving the BRC, visitors will pay using the same credit card used upon entry to pay when at the exit gate. Use the call button for any issues.

IMPORTANT: If you are issued a validation, please insert it FIRST into the machine at the exit gate. It will keep the validation. Then, reinsert the credit card used upon entry to exit the gate.

You can also find nearby paid parking at Scurlock Tower Garage and Smith Tower Parking Garage across the street from the venue.

4) Is WiFi available at the BRC?
